About Kenny’s Shredding

Kenny’s Shredding Company had been operating in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire for over a decade. Providing high-quality shredding services to customers and recycling all of the paper they shred.

Originating in Norfolk ourselves, we know we can provide Kenny’s customers with the high-quality service they expect, in addition to keeping their collections eco-friendly.

Simon Franklin, Managing Director at Shred Station, oversaw each step of the process. Working with Kenny’s to provide a roadmap for onboarding Kenny’s customers to Shred Station services.

Having known Kenny’s business since it began, and with its local customer base, it has been a great business to acquire and will contribute to our ongoing growth. Working with the owners to deliver not only the right commercial package but also the reassurance that we’ll do the right thing for their customers over the long term has resulted in an excellent transaction. We’ll be looking to follow this template for success with future acquisitions.

What next?

We are onboarding all of Kenny’s customers and are very much looking forward to creating positive new connections and commercial relationships.

Kenny’s is the second acquisition we’ve completed and the first of 2021; with a healthy acquisition pipeline, we’re confident it won’t be the last.
