About Data Day Shredding
Data Day Shredding was established in 2014. For over a decade, the company provided specialised shredding services to customers in the North West of England from its destruction centre in Oldham. With a fantastic reputation for service quality and reliability, Data Day Shredding is well-known in the area.
With the owner of Data Day Shredding selling the business, Shred Station was one of several interested parties in taking it over. Only a stone’s throw away from Shred Station’s super destruction centre in Denton, Greater Manchester, taking care of Data Day Shredding’s customers is a natural fit. As another independently owned business, the company’s Managing Director, Kirsty Yeomans, knew that Shred Station would continue to deliver a flexible, quality service for the company’s existing customers.

What does this mean for Shred Station?
Data Day Shredding is Shred Station’s fourth acquisition. We previously acquired Anglian Confidential in 2016, Kenny’s Shredding in 2021, and PW Confidential in 2024. We are confident that this acquisition will be as seamless as the previous three.
Overseeing the acquisition and working closely with Kirsty was Shred Station’s Commercial Director, Kristian Carter.

Data Day Shredding has always had an outstanding reputation in the industry, so the opportunity to buy this business was one we were very interested in. Incorporating Data Day’s operations into our own will be a very easy transition, not just for us but for the most important party involved – the customers. We are confident that the customers will be very happy with us and look forward to meeting them all soon.
